SALES/MARKETING POSITION

We are looking for 5 sales/marketing  agents for our 2012 plus fashion show event in the SF bay area

You do not have to live in the CA area for the position

Requirements:

you love fashion and being creative, Most importantly you need to have great attention to detail, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

Responsibilities: 

- Calling on businesses, Vendors, Designers, Retailers, Boutique Owners

-5 Hrs per week

Those looking to work hard. -Those who love fashion, beauty, and uplifting women. – Those who live with their social network and utilize social tools such as Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin to connect with friends and business contacts. – Being multi-lingual is a plus but not required. (Spanish, French will help.)

We are looking for 5 persons that have the attitude of ” making it happen” that can obtain sponsors for our event. experience would be great but not needed as long as you have the drive.

Pay: 20% commission on all sponsors booked

JOB SUMMARY
Join our team and help promote Our Mission to help ladies build  self-esteem and confidence no matter how curvy they are. Also help us provide information about latest Plus Size fashion, Designers, Modeling, Plus Size friendly photographers, Events and more. Our ultimate goal is to become a premiere source of information for the Plus Size community. Get your work published & build your portfolio.

JOB DUTIES
Researching and producing blog content
Works directly with Marketing Department to produce blogs for 8 Plus Divas
Accept direction and guidance from our Marketing Department
Commenting on the Plus Size industry in their respective markets and participating in online forums

JOB/Intern REQUIREMENTS
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Write 2 articles per week (300-500 words)
Minimum 1-2 years college level coursework completed

EXPERIENCE

Office proficiency

Knowledge of the Plus size Industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Internet savvy, likes to maintain relationships, get research, read news, and be comfortable with social media websites and social networks

A self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and move forward independently

Passion for emerging online and social media technologies

4 hours per week availability

COMPENSATION
Non-Paid Intern for 8 months (after 8 months $10-15 per article (300-500 Words)
This is a telecommuting position
Part time / contract position
